The rooms were on the small side and had disconcerting noise insulation—if you were sharing walls, you likely knew everything your neighbor was doing. the cost seemed inflated. while the building advertised €40 a night, the price charged was well over €150. The absence of air conditioning made the heat unbearable, and it felt like I was trying to sleep in a cramped prison cell.
